Get help with Haggl.

Install and connect

1. Install Haggl from the Shopify App Store and open it in Shopify admin.
2. Select Connect Haggl account, then sign in or create a Haggl account in the new tab.
3. Return to Shopify and select Link to this account. Linking doesn’t start offers or billing.

Run a campaign

1. In Campaign, choose your goals and the products shoppers can negotiate on.
2. Set the maximum customer saving, a total budget and a duration, then review and start the campaign.
3. Turn on the Haggl app embed in your theme editor so shoppers’ AI assistants can find your campaign.

Test an offer

On the campaign overview, Test an offer as a shopping assistant sends the same requests a shopper’s AI assistant sends. Accepting an offer creates a real single-use discount code. It applies only to the approved products and expires after one hour, so pay with Shopify’s test payment method where your store has one.

Customer data and uninstalling

Haggl reads order data only for orders that used a Haggl discount and requests no customer contact details. The Customer data tab lets the store owner export data for customer requests.

Uninstalling stops new offers. Shopify then asks Haggl to delete your store’s data, which we handle as described in our privacy policy.
